Perth Concert Hall on Schedule

Perth Concert Hall, Scotland's new Concert Hall, due to open in Autumn 2005, is a creative and innovative project designed to provide a focus for transforming Perth into one of Europe's most successful and dynamic small cities by 2010.On schedule and in business - that's the latest as the new Perth Concert Hall rises from the ground.

Chief Executive Jane Spiers says 'We are advancing on all fronts. We are putting together the Concert Hall team at the moment. In the meantime, we are working closely with Perthshire Convention Bureau to secure new conference and meetings business. We are working on the programme for the launch season, forward planning with promoters, performers and venues like the Usher Hall and Glasgow Royal Concert Hall to bring the best acts to Perth.'
