And two wonderfully contrasting culinary experiences at the hotel once again epitomize the fantastic variety awaiting the visitor to Scotlands.

In the hotel restaurant, fresh local produce including Highland venison, Scotch beef and fresh locally caught fish from Tayside rivers, including the Tay itself makes for a genuine Highland experience. Classic puddings include Bread and Butter pudding and crème brulees.
